There are multiple ways to reach inkFrog's Customer Care Team!
- Simply email open@inkFrog.com which will open a support ticket for you within our help desk.
- At the top of this page, select Submit a Request
- Within your inkFrog account, select the person icon towards the top right of the screen and choose support
Our customer care team is available 7 days per week and generally reply within the hour.
If you're new to inkFrog and would like to set up a 30 minute assistance meeting to go over any questions you may have about using the software, please reach out to customer care team and request an online meeting!
The meetings are available
Monday - Friday 10:30am to 10:30 pm (eastern US)
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00am to 10:00pm (eastern US)
When requesting a meeting, please remember that we schedule in the eastern US time zone (but we're always happy to help with time zone converting if you need some help with that) and we ask that you send a few different times and days that you're available.
